Mondays
12.00 - 12.45 

An energising yet grounded start to the week.

We begin seated or close to the ground, gradually moving toward standing with plenty of space and time to feel into the body. This class helps you begin the week feeling more connected and supported from the inside out.

We’ll explore rhythmic somatic movement, breath awareness, and subtle strength-building practices to gently wake up the body without overwhelm. The session supports you to check in with your energy, orient your nervous system, and set a steady tone for the week ahead.

For those who want to extend their practice beyond the class, this can also be an excellent warm-up for resistance or strength work.

Wednesdays
12.00 - 12.45 

A deeply settling class focused on rest, regulation, and nervous system care.

Using supported shapes, slow, close-to-the-ground movement, and breath awareness, this session invites your system to downshift and soften. Lying and seated practices include gentle rocking, rolling, pulsing, and self-massaging movements that help ease tension and guide the body toward deeper rest.

Ideal for those feeling tired, overstimulated, or simply in need of a calmer, quieter space to land, the class gradually unwinds into stillness and a closing savasana.

Fridays 
12.00 - 12.45 

This class offers space to ground, and through somatic movement, grounding practices, and breath, we’ll ease built-up tension and help your body shift out of “push through” mode.

A supportive space to come back to yourself and enter the weekend with more steadiness and ease.

From that grounded base, we gradually explore more upright and standing movement with a spirit of curiosity and play. Elements of gentle resistance are woven in to support strength, mobility, and stability, always balanced with opportunities to soften and release. The focus stays on mindful pacing and personal choice, allowing effort to feel embodied and responsive rather than forced.
