A short guided session released every Monday into your membership portal
This is your weekly check-in, something you can do, or return to, in your own sweet rhythm.
It sets the tone for the week with mindful, grounding guidance — so you begin from steadiness, not rush.
You can use it as a pre-session to check in with what your body and mind needs, before venturing further into the video library. Or maybe its just enough to get you started for your day.

Regulated & Rebuild (45 mins)
A midday nervous system reset
This focused 45-minute session is designed to steady and reorganise the body and nervous system.
Through slow, developmental movement patterns and grounding floor-based work, we calm a reactive nervous system while gently rebuilding stability from the inside out. This is intelligent, rhythmic movement that brings inner balance and internal trust.

Rooted Strengthen (60 mins)
A deeper strength practice for midlife bodies
This longer session allows space to properly arrive, build, and integrate.
We return to foundational, primal movement patterns to rebuild strength, physical power, and embodied wisdom. We revisit grounding movements the body recognises, moving slowly and intelligently — strengthening without strain and rebuilding trust from the ground up and from within.
This is about restoring embodied power.

We return to familiar movements from our weekly sessions, but more expansive and fluid, opening the way for greater rhythm and expression.
Guided somatic movement gradually blends into freer exploration, giving you space to release, shift energy and move what’s been building.
