I support people — especially those in marginalised bodies — feel ease and at home in their body.
If you're carrying physical or emotional trauma, chronic stress, or just feeling tired and overwhelmed by everything life throws your way, this is a space where you have permission to fully reconnect to yourself.
A space to gently come back to yourself — with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.
My work weaves together mindful movement, nervous system support, bodywork, and nourishment from the inside out.
It’s a body-led approach — one that meets you where you are, rebuilding trust in your body, and helps you move in ways that feel honest and nourishing.
No judgement. No pressure. No performance.
I don’t offer quick fixes or polished perfection.
What I offer is rooted in real life, real emotion, and real change.
I don’t teach from theory alone. I teach from lived experience — from grief, burnout, physical and mental trauma, and the long journey of finding safety and belonging in my own skin.
I hold space for the sacred pause.
Where silence is honoured.
