How it works

My 1:1 coaching is a supportive, body-led space to slow down, tune in and listen deeply. So you can understand where you are physically, emotionally and energetically.

People come to work with me

when they feel:
  • ​Exhausted, overwhelmed, or feel like something just isn’t right.

  • Out of sync with their body, energy, or emotions.

  • In the midst of a big change, such as : midlife, menopause, burnout, grief, or identity shifts and unsure how to support themselves through it.

  • Tired of pushing through, coping alone, or holding everything together for everyone else.

Together, we begin by meeting you exactly where you are.

How we work

We Start With Curiosity

Curiosity creates safety. It allows us to notice what’s here without rushing to change it.

In our sessions, we gently explore:

  • What’s currently challenging you.

  • How is your nervous system responding

  • Where your body is asking for support

  • What patterns are no longer serving you​

Nothing is forced.

Nothing is analysed away.

We simply begin by listening.

We Build Care

From there, we focus on support — practical, embodied care that helps you feel settled and resourced.

In our sessions, we gently explore:

  • Somatic practices to support nervous system regulation.

  • Mindfulness and breath awareness.

  • Gentle, mindful movement and therapeutic yoga.

  • Support around boundaries, rest, and pacing.

  • Guidance in reconnecting with your body with care rather than pressure.

There’s no rigid programme.

No “one-size-fits-all” approach.

We work at a pace your system can integrate.

Compassion Grows From There

As awareness and care build, compassion naturally follows.

Not as something you have to do, but as a softer relationship with yourself — one that allows for honesty, limits, and change without shame or self-abandonment.​

Support Through Midlife and Menopause 

This time of life can feel disorienting — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Your body may be changing faster than your coping strategies can keep up. In our 1:1 work, we slow things down and listen to what your system truly needs. Together, we explore ways to support sleep, mood, energy, stress levels, and emotional shifts through nervous system care, somatic practices, and sustainable pacing. This isn’t about pushing through or “getting back to normal.” It’s about learning how to live well in the body you’re in now. 


Less pushing. More listening. Less fixing.


More understanding.

Mela Moves Memberships

There are a few ways to join Mela Moves online coaching, depending on the level of support and consistency you’re looking for; coaching packages start from £120 a month.
