This special online opening session marks the launch of the Mela Moves Online Studio, a space for ongoing somatic movement, nervous system care, strength, rest, and joyful expression.

My long awaited space is opening  whooop!! and I’d love you to come and join me in celebrating.

This is a relaxed, feel-good session where you can get a taste of how I work — gentle guidance, music, movement, and plenty of room to just be yourself. We’ll land together, move together, and let things unfold naturally, with space for playfulness, curiosity, and whatever your body feels like doing in the moment. There’ll also be a gentle moment to notice what might be beginning for you, and what you’d like to welcome in.

I want this space to feel full of ease and care. Real, not performative. The kind of space where you can exhale a little and remember you don’t have to try so hard.

It’s also a really lovely way for me to open the doors and say hello — to share a little of what I offer and let you experience it for yourself.

So if you feel curious, you’re warmly invited to step in.
