Hula Hoop Flow is a supportive space to explore movement in a different way – learning hoop tricks, transitions and sequences that allow you to dance, move and express yourself with confidence.

This class helps to build coordination, muscle memory and cognitive function, while improving core strength, mobility and balance. Most of all, it’s a joyful way to connect with your body and with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

No experience needed – just curiosity and a willingness to have fun.
