About the event

Our breath is our life-force – the foundation of how we move, feel and support our energy.
Over time, stress, posture and daily habits can affect the way we breathe, often without us realising. The breath becomes shorter, the body holds more tension, and our energy and resilience can quietly diminish.
This class focuses on the physical structures that influence breath – the ribs, diaphragm, spine, shoulders and pelvis. Through gentle, functional movement, we explore how to create space in the body so the breath can flow more freely and efficiently.
The aim is simple: to help the body soften, open and remember how to breathe with greater ease and vitality.
