My love of somatics, movement, and mindful practice extends into the workshops and masterclasses I offer—each one a space for meaningful exploration, connection, and collective care.
These sessions weave together embodiment, creativity, and reflection, anchored in themes that speak to our shared human experience. I've had the privilege of sharing this work in many spaces—online, at wellness and music festivals, in retreat settings across the UK and Europe, and through collaborations with organisations like Mind and Radical Rhizomes.
Each workshop is an invitation to pause, to be with what is, and to connect more deeply with yourself and others. They are crafted to be inclusive, trauma-aware, and rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and joy are possible—especially when shared

The Art of Being Enough
A compassionate exploration of what it means to be enough in a world that constantly demands more. Blending mindful movement, self-inquiry, and shared reflection, this workshop invites participants to soften inner criticism, reconnect to their worth, and challenge societal narratives around productivity and value. Offered in small group settings, both online and in person.

Shapeshifter: A Guide to a Loving Galaxy
How do our beliefs and energy shape how we relate? In this playful, heart-led workshop, we explore connection, flexibility, and emotional resilience through movement, somatic awareness, and mindful communication. Offered in larger group spaces, it’s a powerful practice in expanding our capacity for love, openness, and curiosity—together.

Growing Through Grief
A tender, healing space for those navigating grief, loss, or transition. This workshop gently combines embodied practices with space for reflection and release, honouring the many shapes grief can take. With softness and care, we explore ways to move through pain while staying connected to self and community.

An immersive experience that blends sound, stillness, and subtle movement to awaken the senses and deepen body awareness. This workshop supports nervous system regulation and emotional release through vibration, rhythm, and sensory presence.

This grounding practice draws from somatic movement, breath, and mindful awareness to help you reconnect with your foundations. We explore how rooting down can support rising up—physically, emotionally, and energetically. A beautiful practice for resilience, self-trust, and regulation.

Together We Move: Exploring Connection Through Partner Practice
This offering blends partner yoga and somatic movement to gently explore themes of trust, relational awareness, and co-regulation.
Rooted in curiosity and care, it invites participants to move with—not just beside—each other. Through shared postures, mindful touch, and responsive movement, we explore how connection feels in the body.
The structure centres consent, communication, and presence—supporting people to attune to one another in grounding, respectful ways. This session has been shared with all kinds of pairings, from friends and partners to new connections formed on the day.
