How We Work Together

The location of our sessions will depend on your circumstances and needs. You can choose from:

  • Working from home or an outdoor space close to you.

  • If you’re near Kents Gym, I'm the in-house PT, so you can train with me at the gym if you are member or not.

We’ll begin by discussing your goals, challenges, and any physical limitations you may have. Then, we’ll create a training plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you make steady, measurable progress. Here’s what you can expect from our sessions:
